Hester,

Welcome to the Western Gulf Coast.

When you get here send me a PM and we can try to get together. I have an eKo Mini and don't mind sharing a ride.

Hello,

I'm looking for a boat to do some double handed racing on. I'm from scotland and I will be coming to work in Houston for a year at the start of October. I've recently come out of the UK's Royal Yachting Association's Youth Keelboat Squad and last summer I was part of the team to complete the Fastnet in their TP52 "John Merricks II". I'm currently saving up for a Mini 6.5 and so looking to gain some shorthanded sailing experience in the meantime. If anyone is looking for a co-skipper/crew for the coming season please get in contact. (I have a sailing CV available on request.)
Also if anyone has any useful info on good races and things like that I'd be glad to hear from you.

Cheers,
Hester

It is final. Regatta de Amigos will not allow boats under 30 nor less than 4 crew. Period, end of story.

If SOS-TEX planned to race at the same time is anyone interested?

There was for the last two trips I think.

Maybe Kevin will let us know about 2010, I didn't want to approach them if there was no interest.

Looking forward to it on the Soverel 27.  Smiley
Now is the time for SOS-TEX to shine.
Weather is looking good. Let's get some more boats signed up!
